Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
- Work closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Deliver personalized care following plans of care
- Ensure patient safety
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
- TB test and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
