About the Role
Specializing in pediatric home health care, this position focuses on one-on-one patient support in the child's home environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients, including vent, trach, and G-tube cases, under RN supervision.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and follow clear plans of care to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate documentation and build meaningful patient relationships.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
- BLS CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and TB test.
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care.
- Ability to work independently in a focused, supportive setting.
