About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health care, providing one-on-one, in-home nursing support to pediatric patients. This role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, following clear care plans, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting.
• Work closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Provide consistent, safe, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
• Utilize support resources such as PPE, clinical guidance, and a user-friendly portal.
• Adhere to CDC safety protocols and other safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• Current TB test and BLS CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent care is preferred, or willingness to train.
