About the role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Deliver care following CDC safety guidelines
- Utilize clear care plans with RN oversight
- Ensure safety with PPE and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
- Current TB test
- BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
