Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift
About the role
We are seeking hospice licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As an LPN you will work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse to conduct patient visits, provide routine care, and communicate with the care team, patients, and their families. You will have access to a supportive leadership team, professional development opportunities, and room for advancement.
Schedule
Part‑Time Night Shift (7 pm – 7 am)
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient visits and provide routine hospice care.
- Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Communicate effectively with the care team, patients, and families.
- Maintain documentation and follow hospice protocols.
Qualifications
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute‑care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80‑100 lb, bearing the weight of an average adult effectively.
