About the role
Join the team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Lexington Community Hospice House. This full‑time night‑shift position (7 pm – 7 am) focuses on creating meaningful patient experiences. Working under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, you will conduct patient visits, provide routine care, and communicate with the care team, patients, and families. You will also have access to a supportive leadership team, professional development opportunities, and room for advancement.

Qualifications
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute‑care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lb, bearing the weight of an average adult effectively
