Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Gabert Clinic – Full Time

Glendive Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Gabert Clinic team in Glendive, Montana. This outpatient position involves working closely with providers and patients to support primary and specialty care services while helping patients achieve their healthcare goals.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect health histories, medications, allergies, and vital signs.
• Assist providers with patient exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and other treatments as directed.
• Perform clinical tasks such as nebulizer treatments, vision screenings, and TB testing.
• Support laboratory and phlebotomy services, including specimen collection and processing.
• Assist with IV preparation and monitoring.
• Coordinate referrals and help ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately in the medical record.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and assist with patient triage within scope of practice.
• Stock exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

• Current Montana LPN license or compact multistate LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Compassion and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with providers and staff.

Pay

Starting base wage: $24.66 per hour (plus additional compensation based on experience and internal equity).

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
