Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a modern, 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will provide daily resident care within the LPN scope of practice in a facility that emphasizes rehabilitation, resident well-being, and an inclusive, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Observe and document resident responses
• Collaborate with the care team to update care plans and address resident needs
• Monitor vital signs and ensure safety and quality of care
• Supervise CNA activities, organizing and evaluating care delivery

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Licensed and in good standing as an LPN in New York
• Compassionate, cooperative, and dedicated to quality care
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with staff
