Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care within the LPN scope of practice, ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Administer treatments and medications, observing and documenting resident responses.
• Collaborate with the care team to update care plans and communicate pertinent findings.
• Monitor vital signs and oversee CNA activities, organizing and evaluating care delivery.
• Support leadership, respond to resident needs, perform treatments, update care plans, and monitor resident health.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved nursing program and licensed in good standing in New York.
• Dedicated to compassionate, clinically sound care and creating a positive environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with staff.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged but not mandatory.
