About the role
Provide direct resident care in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Support unit leadership
- Administer treatments and medications
- Monitor resident responses and communicate with the care team
- Oversee CNA activities
- Use nursing skills to prioritize and deliver safe, quality care
- Update care plans based on findings
- Ensure safety and quality in resident care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation of vitals and treatments
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid LPN license in good standing
- Committed to compassionate and clinically sound care
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
