Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Act as a team leader
• Advocate for residents
• Use knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable
