About the Role
Warren Barr North Shore is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they expect. Your responsibilities will include administering medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities
- Administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments.
- Serve as a team leader and advocate for residents.
- Ensure residents' comfort and safety through attention to detail and clinical expertise.
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

$33-47.63/hour.
