Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Act as a team leader
• Advocate for residents
• Use knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Prior LPN experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferable

Pay

• Night shift differential
• Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 for full‑time LPNs
• Same‑day pay
