Responsibilities
- Provide medication and nursing care to residents as directed by individual care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments.
- Serve as a team leader and advocate for residents.
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe through attention to detail and skilled care.
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience is preferred, though the employer is willing to invest in the right candidate.
