About the role
Avantara Aurora is searching for RNs and LPNs to join the friendly, caring, and supportive team. As an RN or LPN Staff Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by ensuring residents receive medication and care as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for residents. Residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
