We are currently searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Avantara Park Ridge, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Park Ridge, Illinois. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they expect. Your responsibilities will include administering medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading your team, and advocating for residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.

Requirements
- An unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

$55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
