About the role

Provide daily support within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment, responding promptly to resident and family needs, and delivering clinical and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to prioritize resident care
• Administer treatments and medications
• Observe and document resident responses
• Collaborate with team members to update care plans and address concerns

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Licensed and in good standing in New York
• Dedication to quality, compassionate care
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time options available
• Every other weekend required
