Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Ambulatory Primary Care - Full-Time, Days

Role Overview: Provides basic nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting under supervision, ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and activities related to care.Gather patient history, document vital signs, and record encounter data accurately.Support provider with examinations, treatments, and patient education to promote health and self-care.Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and hospital admissions.Administer medications and treatments as directed by a provider, following approved protocols.Maintain exam rooms, monitor supplies, and ensure equipment functionality.Handle clinical calls, messages, and documentation for insurance or administrative purposes.Participate in team education, mentorship, and organizational meetings.Adhere to safety, compliance, and organizational policies, maintaining a clean and caring environment.Engage in professional development and continuing education. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited LPN program or recognized program equivalency.Current LPN licensure in the practicing state, with the possibility of RN licensure acceptance.No prior experience required.Competence in safe medication administration and patient care practices.
