Role Overview: Provides basic nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting under supervision, following professional standards, regulations, and facility policies. Key Responsibilities Assist with examinations, procedures, and patient care activities.Document vital signs, medical history, and encounter data accurately.Support patient education on health behaviors and self-care skills.Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies and equipment.Administer medications and treatments as directed by a provider.Coordinate diagnostic tests, referrals, and hospital admissions.Assist with telephone communications and record-keeping for insurance purposes.Promote a safe, clean, and caring environment for patients and staff.Participate in team education, meetings, and compliance training.Maintain professional development and adhere to organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited LPN program or recognized program equivalency.Current LPN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or the state of practice.Ability to collaborate with team members and follow protocols; no prior experience required.
