Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Full-Time, Days

Role Overview: Provides basic nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting under supervision, supporting the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist with examinations, procedures, and patient care activities as delegated by a registered nurse or provider.Prepare exam rooms, maintain supplies, and ensure proper functioning of equipment.Document vital signs, medical history, and encounter data accurately in patient records.Administer oral and injectable medications per approved protocols.Educate patients on health behaviors and self-care skills.Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and hospital admissions.Respond to clinical calls, screen messages, and support follow-up care.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff.Participate in team education, compliance training, and professional development.Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited LPN program or recognized program equivalency.Current LPN licensure recognized by the NCSBN Compact or the state of practice.Ability to administer medications and perform basic nursing duties.Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills.Willingness to participate in ongoing education and team activities.
