Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Full Time 32hr Evening

About the role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, brings experience and knowledge to the multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support to patients, families, and peers, impacting the lives of those around you.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
• Support the team and advocate for patients.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment grounded in TaraVista's core principles.
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Previous experience in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.

Pay

$30.57-$45.00 per hour

Schedule

32-Hours, Evening Shift 3:00p - 11:30pm, Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required.
