About the role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
• Support the team around you.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles.
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
• Develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Have previous experience in psychiatric, or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention (preferred).

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
