About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position located in Hampton Roads, VA. Local applicants only.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collect and document patient information
- Deliver wound care and patient education
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate care with healthcare team
- Perform additional duties as required by the facility
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
Pay
Competitive pay of $37‑$39 per hour, with same‑day/next‑day pay options.
Schedule
