About the role
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care within the LPN scope, including administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care, and patient education.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals
- Perform additional duties based on facility requirements
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum one year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- PPD test within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations
Pay
- Competitive pay rate of $37‑$39/hour
- Same‑day or next‑day pay options available
