Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly

About the role

Provide patient-centered nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications, treatments, wound care, and patient education. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate care with healthcare teams. Perform additional duties as required by the facility.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent PPD within the past year
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation
