About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collect and document patient information
- Perform wound care and educate patients
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members
- Perform additional duties as required by the facility
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations
Pay
- Competitive pay rate of $37-$39/hour
- Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options
