About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care within their scope of practice, supporting patient health and safety in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Performing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare team members
- Performing additional duties as needed by the facility
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- At least 1 year of facility experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test
- Ability to meet physical demands, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Dependable, flexible, and capable of working full‑time hours
