Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with healthcare teams. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs. Qualifications: active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and physical ability to meet job requirements without restrictions.
