Licensed Practical Nurse | Full-Time | Days

Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Maintains accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Performs duties aligned with organizational standards, values, and mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following nursing protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN license in Missouri; meet State Board requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• LPN-IV Certification within 3 months of hire or as required
• Excellent communication and physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
