Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision or alongside Registered Nurses, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care. Key Responsibilities Include Performing nursing duties while maintaining patient rights and confidentialityCoordinating patient care with other departmentsEnsuring compliance with mission, values, and service standards Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing programCurrent LPN license, meeting state licensing requirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasksNew or experienced LPNs welcomedCertifications:Basic Life Support (BLS), to be obtained within 30 days if not already heldLPN-IV Certification, to be completed within 3 months if not heldAdditional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E. may be required based on the unit Physical demands include: prolonged standing, walking, gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
