Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time / Days

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision or direction of a registered nurse, utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe and effective care. Key Duties Include Coordinating patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Performing nursing duties consistent with organizational values and standards.Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting patients with assistance, including pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license and compliance with State Board of Nursing requirements.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); LPN-IV certification (or within 3 months of hire); additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E. may be required based on unit.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
