Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time / Days

Job Summary The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed personnel or a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities Include Coordinating patient care with other departments and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license and compliance with State Board of Nursing requirements.Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.Experience can be as a new or experienced LPN.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), LPN-IV certification (or within 3 months of hire), with additional unit-specific certifications as needed. Key Physical Demands Prolonged standing and walking, pushing/pulling/lifting 50 lbs, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
