Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

Seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving multiple counties. Responsibilities include: providing clinical treatment to children and families in home and community settings, maintaining a caseload of 3–5 families, collaborating with schools and community partners, completing documentation and treatment plans, participating in supervision and team meetings, offering caregiver coaching, and working flexible hours including evenings. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT), relevant practicum or clinical experience, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
