About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This full-time, hybrid-remote role involves providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on stabilization and reunification.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on stabilization and reunification.
• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure treatment success.
• Complete FCT Level 1 Certification within 12 months.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in supervision.
• Support a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
• Practicum experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility for licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
