About the role
Seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving multiple counties.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities
- Manage a caseload of 3–5 families
- Collaborate with schools and community partners
- Complete documentation and treatment plans
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Offer caregiver coaching (including some weekend support)
- Maintain a flexible schedule with evening appointments
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Relevant practicum or clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
