Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the Role

Join a mission-driven team as a Licensed or In-Training Therapist specializing in Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This role involves providing trauma-informed, home-based clinical treatment to families, focusing on strengthening relationships and promoting stabilization or reunification. You will manage a small caseload, collaborate with families and community partners, and participate in regular supervision and training, including achieving Level 1 Certification within 12 months. The position offers flexible scheduling, including evening hours, and requires travel to homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Applying FCT principles with fidelity (5 hours/week per family).
• Maintaining accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records.
• Collaborating with families, schools, and systems to support treatment.
• Participating in supervision, peer reviews, and caregiver coaching rotations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience related to services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for licensure or training per WI DSPS standards.
• Successful background check completion.
