About the role
We are seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving multiple counties. In this role, you will provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities, managing a caseload of 3–5 families. You will collaborate with schools and community partners, complete documentation and treatment plans, and participate in weekly supervision and team meetings. Additionally, you'll offer caregiver coaching support on a rotating basis and work a flexible schedule, including some evening appointments.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
- Clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
