Licensed Occupational Therapist Lead

About the role

Lead and support the therapy team, assisting in daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery. Champion small victories, ensure proper implementation of procedures and treatments, and guide patients toward rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to promote a seamless, patient-centered environment. Build rewarding relationships with patients and celebrate their progress.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
