Occupational Therapist Lead

About the role

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Team Leader in Occupational Therapy, responsible for overseeing daily therapy operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, build meaningful relationships, and support patients' rehabilitation goals through personalized, compassionate treatment. You will assist the Director of Therapy Operations and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily therapy operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments
• Provide direct patient care and support patients' rehabilitation goals through personalized, compassionate treatment
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and staff
• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and therapies

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or therapy clinical ladder eligibility preferred
