This is a rare opportunity has opened up for the right candidate to lead our team. We are seeking an experienced individual that values quality and customer service to lead Dove Healthcare - West Eau Claire, a 83-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Responsibilities
- Manage/lead people at various levels and provide needed feedback to create a supportive environment
- Good problem solver
- Demonstrate the ability to independently develop educated decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting
- Current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license
Qualifications
- Ability to manage/lead people at various levels and provide needed feedback to create a supportive environment
- Good problem solver
- Demonstrate the ability to independently develop educated decisions
