Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary oversight to ensure operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.Plan, organize, develop, and implement facility goals and objectives that support high-quality, person-centered care.Lead and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to meet the facility's diverse clinical, operational, and employee needs.Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and specialty care services to ensure compliance and best practices.Serve as a visible and engaged leader with exceptional communication skills across residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions with residents, families, and team members.Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, rules, and standards.Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all departments. Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Massachusetts.Two (2) years of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.Strong leadership and operational management skills required to effectively oversee daily facility operations.Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
