Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee community operations in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Promote employee engagement, quality outcomes, mission effectiveness, and stewardship
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support community success
- Ensure high-quality care and services for residents
- Support and uphold the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest
Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe required
- Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position required
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English

Pay
$125,000 - $150,000/yr + credit for experience + 15% Annual Incentive Bonus!
