Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW)

About the role

Join a behavioral health team dedicated to improving community access to mental health care. In this role, you will provide culturally sensitive, client-centered outpatient services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning
• Manage billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Current active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility
• Passion for mental health and ongoing professional development
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills

Pay

This role offers a salary range of $58 – $73 per billable unit, with compensation influenced by licensure, experience, and market factors.
