About the role
Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop safety and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys. Responsibilities include participating in case consultations, completing documentation and billing accurately, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Valid professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligibility for licensure
- Passionate about mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Effective time management for administrative tasks
