About the role
Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health care in a supportive, collaborative environment. As a Therapist, your key responsibilities include conducting culturally sensitive assessments, delivering individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, developing crisis and wellness plans, participating in case consultations, and ensuring timely documentation and billing. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer holistic care and contribute to discharge planning.
Qualifications
A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, with an active or eligible license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP). You should be passionate about mental health, committed to professional growth, ethical practice, and possess strong communication skills.

Pay
