Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW)

About the role

Join a dedicated mental health team as a Licensed Therapist, providing outpatient individual and family therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment, crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization completion.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current, active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for mental health, ongoing professional development, and ethical practice.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.
