Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW) - Arlington

Join our team as a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist, providing high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strength-based assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete documentation, billing, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active or eligible professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland.
• Passion for mental health, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $58 to $73 per billable unit, depending on licensure and experience.
