Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Arlington

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals and gain insights through personalized, committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination and crisis intervention if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Collaborate with an integrated care team of dedicated mental health providers
• Coordinate full-spectrum psychiatric and therapeutic care with other providers
• Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using an EMR system
• Provide crisis intervention as needed

Requirements

• Active license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas
• Passion for high-quality mental health care
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Proficiency in using an EMR system
• Desire and ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions
• Geode prefers therapists with over one year of professional experience in psychotherapy

Schedule

Hybrid: three days per week onsite and two days per week telehealth. After-hours urgent support is available.
