About You

• Fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist at a Master’s level or above with one of the following licensures (accepted on a state-by-state basis): LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW.
• Hold a valid NPI number.
• Maintain malpractice insurance.
• Ready to launch a private practice or grow your existing business by taking insurance.
