About the role
Join Riverbend Community Mental Health, a trusted leader in New Hampshire’s behavioral health community, as a Licensed Master’s Clinician (Child & Family). This role focuses on delivering high-impact, trauma-informed, and family-centered care in community-based settings, including homes, schools, and other real-world environments where healing begins.
You will provide comprehensive clinical services such as diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and care coordination. This position is ideal for a clinician passionate about strengthening family systems, building resilience, and empowering young people to thrive. You’ll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to integrated, person-centered care aligned with best practices and CCBHC standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Offer expert consultation, case management, and crisis intervention for families in need.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individual/family-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver flexible, community-based care to reduce barriers to mental health services and stigma.
- Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community partners to support whole-person wellness.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required).
- Active licensure in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT (required).
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000/300,000 (required).
- Passion for community-based work and a belief in the resilience of children and families.
